November is National Health History Month. Last week, we explored the importance of understanding your family’s health history during pregnancy and its impact on your baby’s health. This week, we’ll look at the importance of understanding your family’s health history to prevent generational chronic disease in your family.

It is a growing concern, especially in the United States, where chronic diseases are one of the leading causes of death and disability. However, there is hope.
